Yamaha dominated the 20th Annual Skat Trak World Championships by winning 5 out of 6 Pro World Titles in the Jet Ski Racing World Finals. Let’s look back at the thrilling races. In the Pro/Am Sport First Moto, Dustin Farthing, Celio Vinicius, and Chaowalit Kuajaroon fought it out, but Farthing led by about half a lap at the end of the race. Katie Jenkins suffered a possible broken leg on the first turn of the Women's Runabout First Moto, causing the race to be stopped. Karine Paturel-Schacht led the race for the first three laps, but Kelle Skelton made an excellent pass in lap traffic on the fourth lap to take the lead for the rest of the race. In the Pro Ski First Moto, Renaud Urbain was in first at the first turn, while Chris MacClugage and Nicolas Rius both went down. Dustin Motzouris battled his way up to second place by the end of the race, followed by Jeff Jacobs and Victor Sheldon. Farthing got the holeshot in the Pro 785 Runabout First Moto, building a huge lead and winning the race. In the Women's Ski First Moto, Niky Goudreau was in the lead, while Tera Laho got off to a bad start but battled her way up to first place by the end of the race, followed by Alia Jones. In the Pro 1200 First Moto, MacClugage led the race, but Bosio passed him with about four laps to go and won the race. In the Finals, Alessander Lenzi won the Freestyle, while Kucharoon was in first in the Pro Sport Final. Farthing won the race and took the World Championship. In the Women Runabout Final, Karine Paturel-Schacht won the race, while Kelle Skelton cut her six-second lead to close within a second or two at the finish line. In the Pro Ski Final, Rius won the race, and Jacobs won the World Championship. Yamaha's victory in 5 out of 6 Pro World Titles was a testament to their dominance in the Jet Ski Racing World Finals.
