Report: If your looking for the best place in the USA to jet ski you need to know about LAKE POWELL. Lake Powell is in northern Arizona and southern Utah. I've been renting and repairing personal watercraft for 12 years in a small town 6 miles from Lake Powell in a town of 8000 people called Page Arizona. Lake Powell has 1900 miles of shore line, is 180 long, has 4 marinas and some of the cleanest clear blue water you have ever dreamed of. Lake Powell is located in the Glen Canyon Recreation Area (a national park) and personal watercraft have not and will not be discrimonated against because of our recreation area status. Full services are available 24 hours a day and the land scape is second to none!

Lake Pleasant Phoenix, AZ $8.00 to get in. (One vehicle and one ski - $4.00 each ski after) Lots of water most of the summer, then is used for irrigation of the valley around September, so the water level drops about two feet per week after that. Makes for some muddy launches, but you find all the things you dropped earlier in the year!! But don't come here looking for escape from the sun, there isn't one tree within 150' of the water!! Also good is Bartlett Lake (near Scottsdale) not as big, but surrounded by shear cliffs. Really beautiful! Photos and description sent in by Pete.
